Sacramento Philharmonic Orchestra The Sacramento Philharmonic Orchestra has over 80 members of the orchestra with Michael Morgan as the musical director and conductor for over a decade. The 2011-2012 season will run from October - April and feature several great events with accomplished musicians as special quests. It is a non-profit organization that also includes performance partnerships with the Sacramento Ballet and The Sacramento Opera. All events take place at Sacramento Community Center Theatre unless otherwise indicated. The Sacramento Philharmonic 2011-2012 season will include Rachmaninov in October, The Romantics in January, Sacramento Loves Beethoven in February, and Tchaikovsky's Inspiration in April. |
